Your credit card will be held on file to secure your reservation, but it WILL NOT be charged until HOTEL CHECK-IN!!
If you book both before AND after the conference dates, you WILL be credited for the conference nights (2 nights) when you are billed AT HOTEL CHECK-IN!! You will ONLY be charged for the ADDITIONAL NIGHTs you book through the hotel’s own booking site.
ROOM COORDINATION IS REQUIRED
Guests sharing a room MUST COORDINATE with one another BEFORE making a reservation. Please confirm whether your roommate has already booked the room so that you DO NOT create duplicate reservations and get overcharged!!
CFM is NOT responsible for duplicate reservations or additional charges resulting from guests failing to coordinate with their roommates.
ROOM RATES AND FEES
- The discounted rate is $65 per night, plus applicable taxes.
- Guests are responsible for the room rate and taxes on all additional nights.
- An $18 resort fee may appear on the booking page, but it WILL BE WAIVED at check-in.
- Wyndham’s booking system cannot display the resort-fee waiver online. You may call the hotel directly to confirm that the fee will be waived.
